A monthly prayer guide to help you pray more specifically for the sex trafficking industry.
1st Pray for every person that is currently a victim today, that God
will intervene in their situation and they will be freed
2nd Pray for people across the world who are working tirelessly
at the front lines of the fight against trafficking
3rd Pray for an end to the seemingly endless demand for
commercial sex around the world
4th Pray for government leaders, as they make choices
5th Pray for the safety of the families
6th Read and meditate on Psalm 43:1; 120:2; 144:11
7th Pray for the traffickers and other facilitators of trafficking,
that they would be convicted, repent, and stop
their callous behavior
8th Pray for the newly rescued victims, that they
will know they are safe
9th Pray that the victims will band together to encourage
one another
10th Pray that the Lord will comfort the victims in their affliction
11th Read and meditate on Isaiah 1:17; Psalm 25:20; II Samuel 22:18
12th Pray that God will close the eyes of those seeking
vulnerable girls to traffic
13th Pray that the girls' eyes would be opened to truth
14th Pray for the safe and secure shelters to provide for the
needs of these victims
15th Pray for the eyes of the rescue organizations to be opened to
see girls who need rescuing
Continue praying through the month for the organizations that are involved in bringing these victims out of abusive situations.
The following is a compiled list of orginazations that are taking a stand against sex trafficking. This list is not a complete list, but a good reference point. There is a short statement about each organization after the name, giving you the opportunity to disiffer more specifically which organizations you may want to look into. Many but not all of the organizations are faith based, however each one is unique and shares the same goal of ending sexual exploitation or sex trafficking.
I pray that this guide and the information below is a help and a tool that you may use, and that the Lord would use prayer through you and many others to do great things for His kingdom in the area of this terrible crime.
Five Stones International
A faith-based, not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of those affected by human trafficking. Based in Albuquerque, NM, Five Stones commits to initially addressing the epidemic of modern day slavery at a local level, thereby equipping our community to assist in abolishing slavery on a global scale.
The Polaris Project
A leading organization in the United States combating all forms of human trafficking and serving both U.S. citizens and foreign national victims, including men, women, and children.
WAR International
A nonprofit organization established to place circles of protection around women at risk. The purpose and passion of this organization is to wrap arms of love around women and children, whispering the message that they were created for purpose and dignity. Creating safe places for women and children rescued from many abuses including human trafficking/sexual slavery.
The Daughter Project
The Daughter Project is a non-profit organization in northwest Ohio that is preparing to build and operate a recovery home - trafficking shelter for girls who have been rescued from sex traffickers. We are an all-volunteer organization, except for our House Moms and Case Manger.
Doctors at War
Doctors at War Against Trafficking Worldwide is a call to action for doctors of all disciplines to get involved in the global war against the fastest growing criminal enterprise in the world - the buying and selling of human beings for sexual exploitation, forced labor, and other types of abuse. This is modern-day slavery, termed human trafficking in recent years, and it must be stopped.
Grace Haven
We have been working for the past 3 years to open a home just outside of Columbus that will serve as a rehabilitation center for girls under the age of 18 who are victims of domestic minor sex trafficking.
International Justice Mission
A human rights agency that brings rescue to victims of slavery, sexual exploitation and other forms of violent oppression. IJM lawyers, investigators and aftercare professionals work with local officials to secure immediate victim rescue and aftercare, to prosecute perpetrators and to ensure that public justice systems - police, courts, and laws - effectively protect the poor.
Faith Alliance Slavery and Trafficking
FAAST is a Christian alliance working in collaboration to eradicate human trafficking and restore survivors. Our vision is to see a world without human trafficking where all human beings are treasured and protected as unique individuals made in God's image.
Shared Hope
Exists to rescue and restore women and children in crisis. We are leaders in a worldwide effort to prevent and eradicate sex trafficking and slavery through education and public awareness.
Children's Hope Chest
Hope Chest offers you a community to community model of sponsorship and development. We invite your entire church or business or whatever you call your community to come alongside the community of orphans in need. Resources from your community flow into theirs-people, money, prayer. The ultimate goal is to give every orphan the chance to succeed in their home culture and know God through a personal relationship with Jesus.
Project Rescue
Today, Project Rescue's presence has expanded to include eleven havens where sex workers' young daughters find compassion, trnasformation, and a new meaning in life. Through these shelters
and other efforts, our multi-demenisonal rescue ministry has brought freedom to over 1,000 young women and girls in India and Nepal. Our Homes of Hope give refuge to children in eleven Southern Asian and Eastern European cities, including Mumbai, Calcutta, Pune, Nagpur, Katmandu, and Moldova.
Vision of Hope
Vision of Hope Ministries recognizes the worth and sanctity of human life by ministering to young women, children, and families in a Christ-centered environment. We offer a faith-based residential treatment program for girls age 14-28 struggling with unplanned pregnancy, alcohol or drug abuse, eating disorders, or self-harm.

Traffick911 is committed to social justice and human rights, fighting for the rights of our oppressed American children. We serve U.S. children regardless of religion, ethnicity, race, gender or sexual orientation. We believe the scope of this crime is too large for one organization to tackle alone; it takes all of us collaborating together, working across political, religious and social boundaries.
Abolish Slavery
Abolish Slavery is a nonprofit organization dedicated to combating human trafficking and restoring dignity to victims. We organize and coordinate investigations and field operations to find, identify, and retrieve men, women, and children from slavery, providing for their safe after care and rehabilitation.

A Future Not a Past
A Campaign that has been working to stop the prostitution of children in Georgia through groundbreaking research that drives strategies of prevention, intervention, and education. Every year, more than 28,000 men in Georgia knowingly or unknowingly have sex with prostituted adolescent girls.

ECPAT is a network of organizations and individuals working together to eliminate the commercial sexual exploitation of children around the world. It seeks to encourage the world community to ensure that children everywhere enjoy their fundamental rights free from all forms of commercial sexual exploitation.
Exodus Cry
Exodus Cry is an international anti-trafficking organization committed to abolishing modern day slavery through prayer and awareness, and assisting the victims of human trafficking and slavery through rescue, rehabilitation, and reintegration into society.

GEMS
Girls Educational and Mentoring Services is the only organization in New York State specifically designed to serve girls and young women who have experienced commercial sexual exploitation and domestic trafficking.
